I was a banker in a previous life and after moving from Canada I decided to pursue my passion for baking and studied pastry arts at the Restaurant School at WalnutHill college in Philadelphia. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing cake artists and opened up Cake as Canvas soon after. I have been in the cake decorating industry for almost 10 years now and Cake as Canvas is my outlet for creative expression.
